We are Thunderdeity Clothing Enterprise (TCE) with business address at 901-B Parktrade Building, Investment Drive, Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, own and trade as www.simone.ph (the “website”). We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are responsible for periodically checking the Terms and Conditions for the latest version.

These Terms and Conditions serve as a legal contract between you and Thunderdeity Clothing Enterprise.  It covers access to and the use of this website. Your use of this website or any information contained in this website shall constitute your agreement to abide by each of the Terms and Conditions set here. By placing an order, you also agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not access or otherwise use this website or any information contained on this website.  

You shall not in any way use the website for, or submit to us or to any user of the website, anything which is unlawful, fraudulent, obscene, pornographic, racist, vulgar, discriminatory, derogatory, harmful, malicious, hateful, untrue, inaccurate, political, threatening, abusive, defamatory or offensive.

You shall not impersonate or misrepresent anyone. You shall not forge or manipulate identifiers to hide or disguise the origin or identity of anyone including yourself.

You shall not use any automated system or software to extract data from this website for commercial purposes. You shall not collect and/or store any personal data of any other user of this website.

We disclaim any and all liability from any incident arising from following any of the tips, advice or comments posted on the website.

We will try to make the website available 24/7, but we do not guarantee an uninterrupted access free from error. We are not going to be liable for damage caused by viruses or other codes that may affect computer software and hardware or any equipment as a result of your access to the website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Philippine Law and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine Courts. All correspondence and dealings are to be conducted in the English language.


The SIMONÉ name and logo and all related names, design marks and slogans are our trademarks or service marks. Intellectual Property Rights (including, but not limited to the copyright, patent and trademark) in the materials contained in this website belong to Thunderdeity Clothing Enterprise. No part may be copied, downloaded, transmitted, saved, displayed or used in any manner or for any purpose without prior written authority from Thunderdeity Clothing Enterprise.


You need to be 18 years old to register an account with us if you wish to place an order for the products in the website.  To register, you will be asked to submit your name, email address, delivery address and some other personal information. You will also create a username and a password will be supplied to you through your registered email address.  You can change your password after the initial log-in.  

Accounts that have been opened and remain unused for a period of 12 months may be closed without notice.  Accounts with fraudulent information supplied will also be closed without need of notice.


When placing an order, you must first create an account on the website. Follow the instructions on the site as to how to create an account.  If you already have an account, just follow steps in selecting the product/s you wish to purchase.

Once you have selected a product that you wish to order, you will then be shown the charges you must pay including taxes, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges. Unless otherwise stipulated on the website, all charges are in Philippine pesos.

You will need to pay for the product in full at the time of ordering.  You can choose the mode of payment for your order – there are different payment options provided by our payment gateways.

If you are asked for details of a payment card, you must be fully entitled to use that card or account. The card or account must have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the proposed payment to us.  You shall provide complete, correct and accurate information in the processing of payment.

Our obligation to deliver the product starts when we send you the Order Confirmation email.  It will contain relevant information on the product you ordered, the delivery address, the estimated delivery date, the tracking number of the package and the total cost.

We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason, including product run-out. In case of declined fully paid orders, customers will get a full refund.


It is our goal to deliver the product to you at the delivery address you indicated when you placed your order, within the time indicated in the order confirmation email, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

We will do our best to inform you if we expect that we will be unable to meet the estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Upon delivery of the product, you are required to sign an acceptance form. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious defects or damage before you sign acceptance of the delivery. Please  keep the delivery receipt of the product for future need or reference.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you, using the contact details that you provided to us when you made your order,  to arrange for either the cancellation of the order, or delivery to an alternative address.

We deliver in our standard packaging.

When opening the delivery, care should be taken so as not to damage the product. Products damaged during opening of the package will not be eligible for exchange or refund.  

If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card for you bearing instructions on either re-delivery or pick-up from the courier. If delivery or pick-up is delayed due to your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order and charge you for the delivery fees incurred. You will be refunded net of charges and fees.

The customer is responsible for additional custom duty and/or VAT when items are received outside of the Philippines.  

In the event of a Force Majeure, which includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, labor strikes, transportation strikes, utilities failure (including internet connection), fire, storm, flood, civil unrest, epidemic, software and/or hardware failure, hacking - we shall not be liable to you for the delay in the processing or delivery of ordered products. We may, at our option, decide to cancel the order due to that event.  You will be refunded for the paid undelivered product.


We may cancel a confirmed order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. Optionally, you may choose to receive your refund  via store credits.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at customerservice@simone.ph or call+632 385 7990 during business hours. However, if the product has already shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.  


It is our goal to deliver the correct product ordered at the right time, in the correct quantity, and in good condition free from any damage.  We take extra measures to check each item before a delivery is made. We will only accept returns for damaged items within 7 days from receipt of product. Claims for refund due to damage will be subject to inspection by our representative and would require presentation of delivery receipt, invoice, and other documents that may be required. You may be asked to bring or send the product to our office at 901-B Parktrade Bldg., Madrigal Business Park, Muntinlupa City.  If claim is found to be valid, we may decide to replace the product or refund you through your original mode of payment. We are not liable for any losses, damages or liabilities arising from such claims. We will not refund or accept exchanges for products that have been found to be used, misused, abused or subjected to improper care, or altered. We will also not refund/return/exchange any product ordered if you ordered the wrong size, since you are the one measuring and choosing the size you want to order.  The sizing chart is available at the home page of the website.


We are not liable for any indirect losses or damages, opportunity losses, profit losses, by anyone arising from the use of the website. Our total liability to you or any party shall not exceed a sum greater than the amount you paid for the purchase of a product related to your claim. 


For those submitting comments, feedback, email, designs, drawings, photos and other media, you hereby irrevocably grant to us freedom to use it as we deem fit, without any royalty.  You also agree that we can modify these submissions and reserve the right to identify you as the author of the submission.
