Returns & Exchanges

We make sure that your order’s in perfect condition before we ship it to you. Sometimes though, things happen beyond our control and you receive a damaged item. When that happens, here's what you need to do:

STEP #1: SEND US BACK THE DAMAGED PRODUCT/S

You have 7 days from your receipt of the product to return the item. We'll then check it and we may also ask you to provide us with all the necessary documents related to your order (delivery receipt, invoice). We may also ask you to send to us the damaged item to our office at 901-B Parktrade Bldg., Madrigal Business Park, Muntinlupa City.

STEP #2: WE'LL REPLACE OR REFUND THE PRODUCT/S

If everything checks out, we will either replace the product or refund your money through your original mode of payment. We provide replacements and refunds within reason of course, so please don't use, misuse, abuse, or alter the damaged product before sending it to us. Also, we cannot provide replacements if you ordered an item of the wrong size. So please make sure you refer to our Sizing Chart before you order to know the right size for you.
